Healing Hands

This article explores the history of Reiki healing and the benefits
within the medical field. This article was written for English 327 last semester for my final
presentation. This article will explore the world of Reiki and how it becomes a new way of
healing from the inside out. I discovered the world of Reiki from my manager at my part-time
job, who is a reiki practitioner. I found it interesting how our life force energy can heal us and
benefit us health-wise. This article made me step outside my comfort zone and showcase my
skills in being a flexible writer, bringing something new and creative to the writing world

My New Approach to Writing

This writing sample talks about my time in a web writing class, and how the use of social media changed my writing style. Web writing focused on creating meaningful spaces and content all while learning using Twitter throughout the class.
