Thank you for being you, for giving my heart a home.

Thank you for creating a safe space to lean on you. Thank you for being a light in my life and loving me despite my flaws. I reciprocate all this positive love and beautiful energy you have given me and bestow it upon you.

On this Saturday night, as I sit at my desk writing this blog post all day, I kept thinking to myself, what energy have you been giving? Are you doing everything in life with love? Then, this poem came to me while doing random house chores. Love is powerful, and as Dr. Maya Angelou once stated, "I'm grateful to have been loved and to be loved now and to be able to love because that liberates, love liberates..." Give out the energy you wish to receive. Be the light in someone's life. Love can do some beautiful things when you share it.
